Good morning sir, today Nero 7 Ultra has got this nice error to fling at you while starting up:

appver: 7.0.0.0
modname: bcgcbpro730.dll
modver: 7.30.0.0
offset: 0011d51b
After digging through fora turned up the best hint yet, (the not so unusual) "uninstall, clean registry, clean some more and reinstall" the correct answer was finally provided by SilentMobius on the Mininova forum
Enter the registry with regedit.
Browse to HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Ahead\Nero - Burning Rom\BCGWorkspace\BCGControlBarVersion.
Right click on it and put all Permissions on Deny.
After this I've got Nero 7 kicking butt again, and the bcgcbpro730 errors are gone (even if I turned the permissions back on afterwards, strangely enough). But allright, Kudo's to SilentMobius@Mininova!
